A Visit to Sussex by the Sea

In January 2019 I was invited by an old friend, E.Comp. Derek Harrington, PAGSoj, Past Third Provincial Grand Principal, down to Brighton to give a talk to the Sussex First Principals Chapter No 3672.

The Chapter was opened by the MEZ, E.Comp. Derek Harrington, who welcomed all the guests, especially E.Comp. Richard Wigmore, PGSwdB, Deputy Grand Superintendent, and E.Comp. Robert Martin, PGStB, Second Provincial Grand Principal.

After the regular business of the Chapter I was asked to give a talk entitled, English Freemasonry during the Second World War. This was well received and prompted some discussion afterwards.

After the customary photo graphs the members of the Sussex First Principals Chapter and their guests sat down to a most convivial festive board at the Sussex Masonic Centre in Brighton.
